Jennifer Cooke
As an aspiring young professional, Jennifer was intent on finding a way to merge her business acumen with her passion for the entertainment industry. After graduating from UCLA, she moved to Nashville to begin a career in artist management. Over the next two decades, she would become largely responsible for the career direction of Christian and pop superstar Amy Grant.
As Jennifer’s career progressed, she bought and sold several homes in the Nashville area, and invested in rental properties. Over the years, her passion for real estate sparked a new professional pursuit. Jennifer continues to manage Amy Grant and remains an active fixture in the Nashville music community, and also joined Worth Properties in 2018. Jennifer aims to represents all clients with unwavering dedication, meticulous attention to detail, and a long history of making deals with integrity.
Alison Cooke
Drug kicking and screaming from California at age 13, Alison swore she was moving back to the West coast as soon as she turned 18. Now in her 40s, she is still in Nashville and somewhere along the way she fell in love with this city.
Alison has spent her entire career in marketing and discovered her passion for real estate while she was in the marketing department for a local real estate development company. After years in marketing and falling asleep with real estate apps open on her phone, she decided to take her marketing expertise and put it to use in an industry she loved.
Nashville has grown a lot since moving here in ‘91 and she loves sharing her love of this great city with her clients. She may still have ties to California with her love of Angels baseball, but everything else is Nashville – Titans, Predators, Vandy, music, the emerging craft beer scene, non-profits, and… real estate. Alison can’t wait to help you find a home in this great city she now never wants to leave.
